Michael Villelli has been managing our Idaho Club lodge home in Sandpoint Idaho for the past several years. We live in another state and communicate as needed when needed, fast & efficient. I know and trust Michael will handle everything from Rentals to Repairs. He treats our fully furnished rental home like his own. When we are able to visit, when not rented, everything is in perfect condition, clean and in its place. Michael is more than just a property manager he is a good friend and considered part of our Family.

Dealing with Villelli Property Management (VPM) has been seamless from start to finish. I’ve dealt with many property management companies over the years. I must say I am thoroughly impressed with the honesty and professionalism that Mike and his team exude. They are a pleasure to talk with and they take care of problems immediately. Over the winter we had two issues occur with the house. They had a repairman over the very same day on one occasion. The second time was on the Friday night of a holiday weekend and the weather outside was horrible. I thought I would be happy if they were there the next Tuesday. Wouldn't you know it, there was a repairman at our door the very next morning. I couldn't believe it. Another time, the electric bill was extremely high due to the sub arctic temperatures outside. VPM even gave us a break on the rent to help cover that expense. I could go on and on, but suffice to say I highly recommend Villelli Property Management to anyone looking to do business with the very best in the industry.
